The MS Koningsdam is a Pinnacle-class cruise ship operated by the Holland American Line, a division of the Carnival Corporation.
The design of this ship derived from the HAL’s Vista class design, which was used in many others Carnival’s ships (Costa Luminosa, Costa Deliziosa, Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth, Noordam, Westerdam, Zuiderdam, Oosterdam and Arcadia), but it has some significant differences such as a larger hull and some additional decks on the bow superstructure.

I designed a 1:400 scale model of this elegant ship using some new techniques such as the plates with door rail to make the cabins with balconies and the black bars and bar holders to make the dark glass railings effect on the upper decks; I also made the bow in a completely new way using wedge plates.
