“The Boeing 747 might be the Queen of the Skies, but the Concorde is as beautiful as Princess Diana” – Captain Joe
I present you the Concorde!
My very first MOC of a passenger plane, this is a 1:80 scale replica of the legendary supersonic jet; it has 1488 parts and it is 31 inches (almost 80 cm) long. As for all my other models, I designed this MOC with a Creator style, using slopes, classic and modified plates and bricks, and also some technic parts.
For this Concorde model I chose the British Airways livery used on the last years of service, until its retirement in 2003.
This MOC is also enjoyable to build both because of the ease of the building process and the curiosities and facts about the Concorde reported on the instructions, and it also has many moving parts!
MOC features:
– Droop nose
– Retractable front landing gear
– Retractable main landing gear
– Moving aerodynamic parts
– Moving tail rudder
– Retractable tail wheel
